I have been working as a certified Counselor since 2009 and am licensed in Ontario, Canada. I specialize in supporting clients identify and achieve their personal goals by understanding themselves and gaining insight with the issues which are causing them concerns. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to helping you. I have specialized in working with survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual assault, various trauma, grief and loss and life transitions. I also have experience working with depression, anxiety, establishing coping skills, understanding emotions, healing from past difficulties, imposter syndrome, and complicated family dynamics. My work has also consisted of working with clients affected by racism and the impacts on mental health. I work hard at providing a nonjudgmental, confidential and secure space for clients as they navigate and start to work towards their therapeutic goals. As an experienced therapist working with complicated and intense emotions, I bring patience, calmness, and perspective, working with clients as they foster and enhance their skills and tools to better their lives.
